In keeping with our partnership policy we offer backup service and maintenance programs that let our customers count on VM Refrigeration and Air-conditioning long after the installation is complete. The service is tailored to suit our customers’ specific needs and supported with a 24/7 call out response by SAQCC Gas certified Technicians. Our computerised job card Management system of all maintenance and repairs, including service history and cost reports allow us to easily evaluate system performance, operating expense and make timely recommendations to our clients where intervention is required such as budgeting for replacement units and refurbishments.
Each plan is customized to suit your specific system and unique service needs. Plans are available in 1-year, 2-year and 3 year options.
